If you aren’t motivated to train please read‼️ I am not always motivated to train😅 Having a high level of fitness knowledge and understanding of how the body grows and adapts through training has made this even harder for me. I have had to veer away from what’s optimal and search for what is practical instead. I believe that building my business demands more of a focus right now than optimizing my training which has left me unmotivated to train. This is how I deal with it.👇🏼 I believe that motivation comes from a belief that your efforts will be properly rewarded. In other words, if you truly believe that your training/diet is going to get you jacked/shredded/stronger then you are more likely to want to do it. Most of my training lately has been slapped together, random workouts here and there that I KNOW are not best for my fitness goals. Hence the motivation issue… How I get out of it is through purposeful programming with exercises I enjoy. Tinkering the program with some of my favorite exercises that I know work for me (NOT what is going to get me the BEST results). ❌ If I don’t like the program all together, I just go to a different one. To guarantee the best results possible this is not the route you would take. However, this is incredibly effective for building consistency, collecting small wins, and increasing your motivation to eventually return to goal oriented training.
