About Penne Mia Casa Chicken Pasta Mp3 Sound Effect
Penne Mia Casa Chicken Pasta Recipe Ingredients (for 2 people): 2x Chicken Breasts (chopped up) 6x Brocolli Florets 4x handfuls of pasta (or between 120-160grams) 2x Tablespoons of green pesto (can adjust) 2x Tablespoons of chopped garlic or 6 cloves (can be adjusted) 1x 100 grams of tinned chopped tomatoes 2x tablespoons of chilli flakes (can be adjusted) 1x 50 grams of butter 1x 150ml of double cream/heavy cream 1x 50 grams of parmigiano reggiano Cheese (can be adjusted) plus extra for serving 1x 2 Tablespoon of olive oil Cooking instructions: Start of by chopping up and cooking your chicken then set aside. Chop up your broccoli and set aside. Put salted water on to boil, once ready put in your pasta. Now 2-5 mins before your pasta is ready put your broccoli on to boil (we want to soften the broccoli but still keep a slight crunch). When the broccoli goes in to boil this is when to start the sauce. On a preheated pan with olive oil in, put in your pesto and garlic to cook for a few minutes, then put in your tomatoes and cook for a further minute (if you have a fresh arrabbiata sauce you can use this instead of the tinned tomatoes and chilli flakes). Now add in your chilli flakes and stir then add in your butter and cook for a further minute. Now add in your chicken, drained broccoli and double/heavy cream and stir until mixed - let it cook for a minute. Add in your drained pasta and Parmesan, mix it all up and let it cook until the sauce is thick (this is your own preference but shouldn’t be watery).
