COOKING METHOD: . Cut chicken breasts into chunks, put in a tub with Kipac Manis, Soy sauce, Oil and Garlic - let marinade in the fridge for at least 30mins. Cut up your onion into big dome shapes. On the scewer I done 1 chicken chunk then 1 red onion slice then 2 chicken chunks and 1 onion slice pattern. Next put into the oven at 200 degrees fan assisted for 20 mins (turn after 10 mins) then put the grill on and I grilled for 5 mins each side to get a nice char. I was going to have this with rice but had left over pittas and veg so served on a Pitta with lettuce, red onions and chillis with mayo and schiracha sauce ! This is a versatile dish that you can serve with whatever you want !
