Drain and set aside. - Sauté onion, garlic, pimento, carrot, and herbs in President butter. - Add President cooking cream, evaporated milk, mustard, pepper sauce, and seasonings. Simmer 2–3 mins. - Turn off heat and stir in cheddar until melted. - Mix cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. - Transfer to greased 9x9” baking dish, top with extra cheese. - Bake at 350°F for 30–40 mins until golden.
