This day tour to Kotor, Perast, and the famous islets of Our Lady of the Rocks and St. George Island in Montenegro 🇲🇪 is a must do if you’re in Dubrovnik, Croatia and don’t have enough time to travel there on your own 📖 I booked this tour through @GetYourGuide @getyourguidecommunity , the exact tour name is called - From Dubrovnik: Montenegro Boat Tour from Perast to Kotor 🕖 The tour started when we meet our guide and bus at the pick up spot at 6:55 am and it ended when we got dropped back off at the same spot around 7 pm in the evening. 🏛️ We spent 2 to 3 hours in the medieval old town of Kotor, doing a guided tour that lasted 45 minutes followed by a few hours of free time to do was we pleased. For our free time, we decided to hike up the trail towards the Kotor Fortress for a bit to see the panoramic views 🏞️ before coming back down to eat lunch at a restaurant in old town called - Bastion 1, which was excellent. 🛥️ After our visit to Kotor, we took a boat ride out in the Bay of Kotor towards the Our Lady of the Rocks islet, where we spent about 20 to 30 minutes. After that, we got back on the boat and went to the town of Perast, where we spent about 30 to 40 minutes doing as we pleased before we got back on our tour bus and went back to Dubrovnik. 🙌 Overall we enjoyed this day tour and a big thank you to our guide Marija, our local guide Lejla in Kotor, and our driver Obrad for the fantastic job they all did taking care of us on this tour. They all taught us a lot about Montenegro and made sure we enjoyed our time to the fullest! 💯 Would you do this day tour? Have you done this kind of tour before?
