Book review by Thecozytome I am not going to lie, I am slightly disappointed in this book. Reading the synopsis got me excited because I love a good vampire romance (all my twilight fans out there) but I just did not like the way this book was written. The choices made seemed weird and rushed. The romance was off putting and did not make sense at times. I really did want to like the book and there will be a second one but I do not think I will read it unfortunately. 📚 Reyna was left with no choice but to become a blood escort in a world where humans live in poverty with no way to make a living. She finds herself in a most fortunate opportunity with a new program and matched with Beckham Anderson, a elite vampire who is the senior executive of Visage cooperation. Reyna is thrusted into this new lavish lifestyle that she is not used to. Everything should be fine right? Wrong, Beckham won’t feed from her and she starts to wonder why. Little did she know, he has secrets that will flip her world upside down. 📚 There are some good moments but this book left me mostly confused and did not really scratch that romance itch for me.
