When I was younger, a lot of the issues were around identity, trauma, and alcohol addiction. And when I didn’t address something, it tended to resurface in other ways and the more I was in denial the more intense was the burnout. So I’m gonna tell you an important story for me when I was able to deal with the burnout with relation to my sexual identity. It freed my pathway for an incredible opportunity of growth in which I ended up living and working in New York City and later the San Francisco, Bay Area, and later even to working in Africa and travelling through Europe.
