Ingredients: 8-10 frozen soup dumplings 3 clove garlic, minced 1 green onion, chopped (separate white and green parts) ½ onion, thinly sliced 1 ½ cup water or broth 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 block Japanese curry roux Sesame seeds, for garnish Instructions: 1. In a cooking pot, heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil over medium high heat. Add garlic, white parts of green onion, and onion. Sauté until soft and fragrant. 2. Pour in water or broth, then bring it to a simmer. 3. Add soy sauce and 1 block of Japanese curry roux. Mix until dissolved. Simmer gently for 1-2 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. 4. Add frozen soup dumplings to the curry sauce. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for about 12 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through. 5. Remove the lid and turn off the heat. 6. Garnish with green parts of green onion and black sesame seeds.
