What if this year isn’t about throwing away the old you, but tapping back into the innate nature of you? I say this because I’m positive you were a dope kid. When you showed up on this planet, you were 100% you. You expressed yourself without apology. You danced, played, laughed, made art, and questioned everything. You were everything you were meant to be until family patterns, schooling, jobs, and the world got its hands on you. When @Kristin Francis showed up for her immersive experience, I knew she was already expressing herself with her pink hair, big personality, and love for humanity. Yet when we dug in, there were parts of herself that were screaming to come back to support her & this work she is stepping into. We took a private watercolor class & had a blast tapping into our Little Selves through creativity. All the colors, letting go of what we “should” do, and allowing ourselves to have fun gave us freedom to love what came out. So, instead of forgetting your old self, only focusing on your new self, or making others wrong for their perspective, WHAT IF we focused on who we originally showed up to be? WHAT IF we allowed ourselves to create the life we desire by letting go of the SHOULDS?
