Easy Crockpot Apple Crisp! We’re still trying to get through the pounds of apples we still have from apple picking recently!! 🍎 🍏 This was a delicious and easy dessert that was a 10/10 in my house! What you need: Apples- 6 Fuji apples (peeled and sliced) 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg Topping- ¾ cup brown sugar ¾ cup old fashioned oats ½ cup all-purpose flour 8 tbsp unsalted butter (diced into ½” cubes) Directions: Add sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine, then transfer to the slow cooker and spread out evenly. Add brown sugar, old-fashioned oats, and all-purpose flour to a large mixing bowl. Mix everything together. Then, add cubed butter and cut it into the oat mixture with two forks or a pastry cutter. Spread the mixture over the apples in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn on warm and remove the cover, and cool for 30 minutes.
