Microwave in 30 second increments until melted together (stir after every 30 seconds!( Add almond flour, egg, and seasonings. Mix together until combined(it was easiest for me to do this with my hands, almost as if I was kneading dough ) Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet Top with another piece of parchment paper, and flatten into a 12x12 square Remove top layer of parchment and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden Cheese Spread: 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (NOT melted) 4 tablespoons (2oz) cream cheese, softened (NOT melted) 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt 1/4 cup chopped scallions 1 cup mozzarella 1 cup cheddar 1/4 cup Parmesan. 2 cloves garlic chopped (optional) Mix together the butter, cream cheese, yogurt, scallions, and garlic if using. Add the cheese. Mix until combined. If it is hard to mix, you can microwave it in 15 second increments. Spread on top of the crust. Broil for 3 minutes or until bubbly (Watch carefully!) Slice into 12 cheesy sticks.
