Sending 8/8 blessings ♾️🫶🏻💞 Was somewhat excited to receive the sea otter card pull today 🦦 They are one of my absolute fave animals, I just love everything about them and was completely besotted with them when I saw them for the first time a few years back - such beautiful creatures 🌸🫶🏻 So in the spirit of that, can you count your blessings, give gratitude & honour our beautiful earth today and everything she provides for us? ✌🏻🙏🏻 She and our global family, including the plant and animal kingdoms, are worth protecting, loving & treating with kindness, respect & deep compassion 🌍 Have included some gorgeous pics and moments from so many wonderful people I met in Nepal - it was an extremely healing place for me where the land and beautiful people taught me some huge lessons (some extremely challenging, as per) about how I move through the world, and how I want to treat myself going forward 🙈💞 Special shout out to PK at Tri-Bikram Hatha Yoga Retreat (Pokhara) and his AMAZING family (@harikala_7🙏 & co 😘) who showed me so much love, acceptance & holding when I was moving through a tender place - staying with his wonderful family in their home in Meghauli, Chitwan was one of the highlights of my entire trip, as was practicing yoga with him & his family in Pokhara 🫶🏻 & also some lush pics of my family back home, celebrating my grandads 90th birthday in July which was just so beautiful and special & my wonderful brother’s birthday back in Newcastle 💕 Too many wonderful people, places, and moments to mention - spirit has a magic way of sending us the medicine we need moment to moment if we are aware, awake and care to notice 🙈🙏🏻 Celebrating our beautiful earth today, our global family, love, blessings, nature, me & magic 🌸🪩 What are you calling in?
