Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. 2. Put the yogurt in a large mixing bowl with the curry powder, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Mix well, add the chicken and stir to coat. 3. For the sauce, pour the tomatoes into an ovenproof dish with the cream, melted butter, tomato purée and curry powder, then stir until combined. 4. Lay the chicken on top and spoon over any remaining marinade. 5. Bake for 25 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce halfway through. Or cook in a single layer in an air fryer, again basting halfway through. 6. Sprinkle with chopped coriander to serve.
