Cadbury’s Crunchie Tiffin 😍 The perfect bank holiday weekend treat! Full recipe below 👇 160 g Golden syrup 130 g Butter 200 g Milk chocolate 200 g Dark chocolate (70%) 150 g Digestive biscuits 100 g Raisins 150 g Cadbury's Crunchie For the topping: 300 g Milk chocolate 150 g Cadbury's Crunchie 1. Line a baking tin with baking paper. 2. Chop the milk and dark chocolate into small chunks. Break up the digestive biscuits and chop the Cadbury's Crunchie into chunks. 3. Place the golden syrup and the butter into a saucepan, cook over a low heat until the butter is completely melted. Don't boil it. 4. Add the chopped chocolate into the melted butter and golden syrup, mix well until the chocolate has all melted and the mixture is well combined. 5. Place the digestives, raisins and chopped crunchie pieces into a large mixing bowl, add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well. 6. Place the mix into the baking tin and press down into the edges. 7. Set it aside whilst you prepare the topping. Melt the milk chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. 8. Once melted, pour it over the tiffin and spread it into the edges. 9. Scatter the remaining Cadbury's Crunchie pieces over the top, then place it into the fridge for a few hours until it has set. 10.
