Our free All-School Solstice Gathering is this TOMORROW . Read on to learn more & to join us. 🔆It's my absolute favorite time of the year--the abundance of the summer solstice. Fertility. Greenness. Growth. Light. The solstice is on Friday, and we are preparing by joining together as a community tomorrow for some learning, some intention setting, and a sound bath. Why do we do this? Both ancient wisdom systems, such as Ayurveda & Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as the cutting edge science of Quantum Biology teach that our bodies work best when they are aligned with natural rhythms. Seasonal rhythms, monthly rhythms, and daily rhythms all help our cells, and specifically, our mitochondria, to function optimally. And this is about way more than mitochondria creating energy. They actually are in charge of over 26 critical functions within the body. And without things like: light, darkness, seasonal nutritional shifts, and even changes to what herbs & aromatics we are using--the mitochondria can't do their job well. But when the mitochondria can thrive, so do we, in virtually every way it means to be in a body. 🌊That's why I will be sharing some of the seasonal shifts for summer that will help to support you in optimal well-being for the next three months. 📝We will spend a little time in personal journaling & meditation to set our individual intentions for the next 3 months. 🎼And we will anchor it all with a sound bath of healing sound. Why? Because frequency + intention = result. In other words, sound creates coherence and eliminates noise within our being and amplifies the desires and goals we have. It can even help to support our mitochondria. How to join: * The gathering is open to all (feel free to invite others) and is free.
