It all started with me just looking for «the best drum machine»💁♀️🥁👾🎶 I was asking friends, and got recommended to check out Techno System by Erica Synths. When I realized it was modular, I had mixed feelings. Because I knew one thing for sure: nothing sounds as powerful, as raw, as alive — as modular. But I also knew what it meant: cables everywhere, no presets, no safety net. Every sound is a decision. Every patch is a risk. And once it’s gone — it’s gone. There’s no undo. No memory. Only now. Only live. That scared me for a while. But I’m glad I gave it a try because exactly this modular system got me into the world I was always looking for. Once I learned how to play the drums my way, I, of course, wanted more — more textures, more control, more sound. That’s when @Erica Synths supported me — encouraging me to expand the system and go deeper. Thank you for your trust and for making instruments that don’t just sound good, but feel good to work with.
