Throwback to one year ago yesterday! I got my visuals played on stage in front of thousands of people at a Sold Out show at The Armory in Minneapolis. This was for the Smokers Club Good Trip Tour, featuring Wiz Khalifa, Joey Bada$$, Berner, Smoke DZA, Chevy Woods, and of course the man himself DJ Bonics 🔥 . A couple days before the show, I hit up the homie DJ Bonics to see when the squad was rolling into Minneapolis and arriving at the venue. He hit me back right away and said that if I could create some looping visuals that go with the theme of the tour, that he would be able to get them up on stage while he performed his set to start the show and throughout his other sets. And my man Bonics made it happen ‼️ . I stayed up all night, putting together 9 different visuals, so that he could have some options and favorites to choose from on the day of the show. I’m so happy with the hard work that I put in and all that I came up with 🔥 #WorkHardPlayHard . To see something I created on one of my favorite venue’s stages along with DJ Bonics, and on this specific tour was surreal and humbling. This man has been a huge inspiration to me for years, and has always shown my work so much support. So when this happened, it meant the absolute world to me.
