Training as of late. Fixing up niggles after years of footy. Finally in a good routine, both physically and mentally. For years training revolved around footy and part-time soldier. It was my own personal identity, which gave me purpose around training. In 2018 I decided to go inactive from Army in order to pursue hard the Sydney S&C nepotism, rat race shit show. Two mistakes were made hahahaha Fast forward I'm still in S&C, but a much better situation. No longer playing footy but back to Active Reservist work. This has given me purpose around my training. TL;DR - Reservists don't go Inactive (takes forever to get back in) and S&C coaches in the shit.
