I had to place myself in context and remember why this area meant something to me—“Oh yeah, that.” I felt a steady resilience, which is pretty crazy considering how whacked out it had me for a while. It took a lot of work and it really sucked, but hey, that’s life. I don’t know if I’ll ever be fully sold on the burdensome experience of existence, but it sure does provide all kinds of surprises.
