Chicken Parmesan Caesar salad ๐ฅ Ingredients for the salad dressing: (I didnโt measure anything I just eyed it) - mayonnaise - Parmesan cheese - 1 full Lemon - Minced garlic - Olive oil - Dijon mustard - Red wine vinegar Cooking instructions for the salad dressing: - In a bowl I added mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, one full squeezed, lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, Dijon, mustard and red wine vinegar - I mixed until smooth I added ingredients to taste and until I got the texture I wanted Ingredients for the rest of the recipe: - romaine lettuce - Thinly sliced chicken cutlets - Chicken bouillon - Salt - Garlic powder - 3 eggs - Flour - Italian breadcrumbs - Oil - Croutons - Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Cooking instructions : - I started off by cutting my Romain lettuce into small strips.
