As many of you know, Dustin Kittle and Ashley Posey who manage this account and own and operate Snow Creek Ranch in Santa Fe, Tennessee were the victims of an extortion scheme against them in 2021 by a U.S. Farm Credit lender. In June 2023, the U.S. government admitted that its lender had violated multiple federal laws in the extortion. On March 22, 2024, Kittle filed suit against President Joe Biden; who had failed to appoint a full Farm Credit Board, leaving Kittle and Posey with no recourse in the U.S. Farm Credit System to stop the lender’s extortion. Kitrle was forced to sell his home in order to pay off his farm loan 20 years early to escape the lender’s extortion and to retain Snow Creek Ranch. Upon information and belief, Kittle and Posey, who are agricultural attorneys, were extorted during a period of time in which as much as $100 Million Dollars was absconded by the lender from the farmer borrowers, many of whom were clients of Kittle and Posey.
