I still make her meals separate from what I eat, but at least she’s getting healthy food! Food that’s combined and meats (except chicken nuggets, those are a favorite!) are still hard for her, but we practice hard foods - slowly but surely! She recently had her first “white people” taco 🌮 and her first popsicle with success! I’m just glad she will eat her fruits and vegetables (she eats even more than pictured). She does not want to try soda or juice and I don’t push that. She only likes a few types of chocolate/candy and asks for fruits and vegetables if she eats more than 2 pieces 😅 no complaints about that though! Food therapy felt traumatic at the time, but she’s already forgotten it (except her hate of broccoli lol).
