Yes, it was intense, but 100% worth it. 6 weeks is nothing if you see the whole picture. So see the whole picture, and where you could be with a bit of commitment. I ran my Project:STRONG program in February 2025. Finished mid-March. Ever since I maintained my weight. Couldn't be happier. 🤗 Still can't believe I always had this program in me, but never used it. I spent the last 4 years being over 70kg (75kg the heaviest). No, I was not fat, but I didn't like my body and how I looked. And I was training - doing my classes. What I didn't have was a structure, a nutrition plan, a team next to me, and I was not motivated enough - gave up within a few weeks or when a holiday or some event came. Now Project:STRONG is basically part of my life. I kept my gym strength sessions, my Monday Strong Nation sessions as an extra, and I know my nutrition, I don't measure foods anymore as I just know what and how much my body needs. It's not just about weight loss. My knees are stronger than ever after this program, and my shoulder pain completely gone (that was the latest addition to my pain-package I did not ask for 😄) . Enjoyed my holiday without lower back pain - this was a first! Since my knee injuries I always struggled with low back pain and it always ruined at least 1 day on my holiday. I hated it. And now it's fixed 😊 This 6-weeks gave me lifetime tools I didn't know how much I needed.
