Who’s watching Salma? 🤔 Share your detailed thoughts and ratings below ⬇️ I don’t know why I still get my hopes up every time a new Arabized Turkish show pops up because they are always such a disappointment 😢 I guess I watch them because I often love the performers but there’s only so much a talented cast can do when the scripts and storytelling are this weak (not to mention the overbearing music, cringy slow-mo, etc… 🤦🏼♂️). I get that they’re not supposed to be serious television and not every Arabic show can be a Catalog or Lam Shamsiya, but at least don’t insult our braincells with recycled clichés and lazy plotting 😳 So tell me: are you still giving these shows a chance, or have you checked out completely? Do you think Salma is more of the same, or is there something here I’m missing?
