My name is Lottie Luke and I am the face of My Classics Portal! I decided it would be a good idea to tell you about myself and what I do! 😊 I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Classics 🎓 last summer and since then have been running my history page to spread my love of the Classical World. Since graduating, i have been pondering what the right career path would be for me and have now decided that is archaeology 🏛️! So stay tuned for more as I delve into this career. It is also designed to help those studying Latin and Ancient Greek with grammar resources and set text resources! I have a big passion for music, performing often with my dad. I play piano, guitar and dabble in singing 🎤. I particularly love country/folk music and am a die hard swiftie! 🎶 I have recently come back from Kenya where i worked in a school building new toilet blocks, a new school gate, teaching and lots of painting! 🇰🇪 This is a trip that means lots to me (i have been 3 times) and i shall hopefully be returning next year to carry on the work.
