Let’s start a BAND🎤🥁🎸! This is now the 2nd try. I had to adjust the expectations as last time a few lovely people reached out, but were far more experienced. Some had played in multiple bands before, gigged, toured… That is not the level I am at, so I didn’t want them to be disappointed. So, about myself, I am a Gen-X’er, 1971 model. I am a songwriter, singer, guitar player, but I suck at all of that equally 🤪. But I am getting bored of playing alone in my bedroom studio and therefore would like to hook up with other people to start a band. I have a few originals now and some more in the making, not really into cover bands. It’s probably a midlife crisis, but I just want to play some gigs, make some loud guitar music, upset the wife, publish a few songs… Positions to be filled: Base, Drums, Guitar, (Keys maybe). Genre: Rock (undefined, indie, alternative, blues rock), Age: irrelevant, but probably Gen-X, Gender: whatever, Level: Beginner, Where: Ewell, Surbiton area, Rehearsal room available in Chessington.
