Curator, DJ, producer and Creative Director @demonslayer2012 gives us a brief introduction to the vibrant scene that birthed a never-before-seen take on Vietnamese American entertainment and media. Emerging from Little Saigon in Orange County, California came a music and lifestyle scene that became known as "New Wave"; it incorporated Eurodance, Synth-Pop, Italo Disco, Hi-NRG, Electronica and other genres into a mixed bag of synthesizers and a new, counter culture Vietnamese identity.
