It’s Restaurant Month in Auckland, and we wanted to try the $55 set-course menu at Kingi. They’re known for celebrating local and sustainably caught seafood. We had some antipasti to share with their Green-lipped Mussels drowned in a nduja broth, being a favourite of the entire meal - this goes perfectly with the wood-fired flatbread. And for a non-seafood option, we received a unique Wild Wapiti Venison Nigiri.
