@Instacart what kind of policy is this?? Shoppers don’t have to walk up stairs to deliver items to house (apt)? Today miss Beverly. H decided to leave my items at the bottom of my apt stairs and text me this^^ I have never had an issue before. I just find this inconvenient and inconsiderate because someone can literally take my items and I won’t even know.
