Four years ago, I was 287 lbs🧸.. I started doing random workouts I found online, but then my back started acting up and really slowed me down..😭 My dr told me to try stretching, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much🤷🏾♀️.. but I ended up loving it🥰.. Stretching became my thing, my reset, and what kept me moving..🤸🏾♂️ Now I’m down to 207 lbs, I’m stronger, I’m flexible now, and way more confident✨..
