It’s like singing a beautiful song and enjoying how that feels as sound moves through you. And then birds come and join you. Then your loved ones tune in and sing with you, amplifying the harmonies. Then your neighbors join, and as harmonies grow and become more complex, all of it vibrates through you expanding and exalting, and the song of life itself becomes a mandala of the one, connecting you to the all. .
