So I've decided to share a little bit about myself, actually the most important event of my life. in May of 2010, I had an ischemic stroke, which caused significant damage. We later found that I have congenital heart disease, and the stroke was caused by a birth defect. I had open heart surgery and then finished high school. fast forward to 2018, my brain damage from the stroke has progressed, and I am now having seizures. and now I have these photos. after years and years of bad luck medically, it has never stopped. I found out that I have encephalomalacia ( brain softening/ tissue loss ) a little while ago when I started having seizures. After much anxiety, I finally got to see what the doctors have been looking at.
