I was really curious because they offered pork belly in various thicknesses. The thin pork belly had a relatively chewy texture and was perfectly tender. It also cooked quickly, making it a delightful meal! The thick pork belly took a little longer to cook than the thinner pork belly, but it definitely filled my mouth with flavor and the meat juices burst out with just one bite, making it truly exceptional. They're not a franchise, but an independent restaurant where they personally prepare the meat daily (they close early if they run out of stock!). They even remove large bones, fascia, and other bits that can be inconvenient to eat. For those who don't like the skin, they'll even remove it upon request👍🏾 Just with the side dishes, I could easily finish a bowl or two of rice! At 13,000 won for 150g per person, it's affordable, but the quality is also good.
