Hello everyone! This announcement is in relation to an earlier announcement made in regards to the costume leaks between Burning Spice and Golden Cheese. So, to tell the truth... those costumes are in fact **real** and were indeed the upcoming costumes of the two, however, the reason it has been heavily pushed as a "fake" leak was because the images were taken from someone who had an NDA(a non-disclosure agreement) that spread it likely for clout. This lead to the leak being categorized as a separate one compared to the normal leak category found by other leakers (which is through the files and strings found in the code of the game). Instead this leak was taken from a legally binding agreement, which was broken. Now, as for those that don't know what an NDA is, it is a Non-Disclosure Agreement which works like a contract most commonly legally gagging you from saying or showing certain things, or legally binding you to present something in a certain and controlled manner. When NDAs are broken, fines are usually involved and legalities are handled with the one who broke it in the first place. Now, why is it bad that we have been trying to get this image not be shared around? Reports have been given of devsis seeking out the main person who started on this leak and broke NDA, but is also taking down images that have gained traction. There are reports of someone getting blocked by the EN account then suddenly disappearing, as well as reports of the images getting struck.
