#fyp how can the council leave our shower room like this? For the past 5 months now every time we shower it floods the wet room, landing gone through the floor boreds and damaged my ceiling downstairs. Had to pull up all the carpet from the landing /stairs and the leak was that bad it soaked the whole carpet and was smelling like mould. They have been out so many times to unblock the pump apparently costing them £100 a time. Works for about a day then back to square one. This is our only means of washing. As long as they get the rent & council tax they don’t care. Wet room is all mouldy around the floor!
