Ice Scream is a horror saga whose main antagonist is Rod Sullivan, an ice cream man with a dark past. As a child, he was bullied for being overweight, something that deeply scarred him. At first Rod seems to be just a cruel villain who abducts children, but the lore reveals that he was taken from his mother at the age of four by nuns who wanted to protect him, and raised by Joseph Sullivan, a famous ice cream maker. This, along with the lies and abuse he suffered as a child, shaped his twisted personality and thirst for revenge.
