(Written by my husband) It’s been an unforgettable couple of weeks, and while I’ve shared bits along the way, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on just how much this incredible Everton / Aramark UK & Aramark US team has achieved. Over the last 15 months, and especially these past two weeks, this team has delivered moments we’ll never forget. ⚽️ August 24th: Opened Everton Men’s new home, Hill Dickinson Stadium, for a sold-out debut vs Brighton. ⚽️ August 27th: Flipped the stadium in under 72 hours for another sold-out Carabao Cup clash vs Mansfield. Two massive wins on and off the pitch. ⚽️ August 30th: Transformed Goodison Park for Everton Women’s historic debut yesterday, making Everton the only club in the UK with two professional stadiums, one for Men and one for Women. This team, brand new to Aramark, many of whom uprooted their lives to join a new company, a new city, and even a new industry, has taken on a new stadium build while renovating an iconic one. Through it all, they’ve shown passion, creativity, resilience, loyalty, and above all, pride. I couldn’t be prouder of this team and the journey we’re on. On a personal note, I’m beyond grateful. Moving countries was a challenge, but the sacrifices my family made to support me have only pushed me harder. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and one we’ll never forget.
