Fuck it I’m feeling reflective so let’s talk to the internet 5 years ago today my best friend Ed died unexpectedly in am accident whilst traveling in Australia. There’s so much Ove learnt in that time but here’s one little nugget that I would tell my former self if I could. It’s been pretty up and down but some beautiful things have come out of it. Another thing that had worried me at first is that the memories would just fade away. Ed still feels very present in my life - we had his van shipped back from Oz to the ail and I travel in it often. He still influences the music I make a lot and feels very present there.
