🧨 FIRECRACKER MEATBALLS 🧨 Thank you to my friend for the suggestion to make these, they were so “FIRE!” She was inspired by @HelloFresh US take on these. This recipe serves 2-3 people! Ingredients: - 1 tbsp of minced garlic - 1 bunch of scallions (chopped) - 2 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp mayo - 2 tbsp sour cream - 2 tbsp of sriracha - 3 tbsp soy sauce - Your favorite rice (I like basmati) - 1/2 cup of bread crumbs - 1 lb of ground beef - Your desired amount of sesame seeds - One pack of green beans Recipe: Make sauce: 1. Mix honey, mayo, sour cream, sriracha and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Set aside Rice, meatballs and green beans: 1. Cook rice in rice cooker or on stovetop by boiling 2 cups of water and some oil, add rice and boil for 5 minutes, then leave it on low for 17-20 minutes 2. Mix ground beef with sesame seeds, scallions, ginger, bread crumbs, and a tablespoon of soy sauce. 3. Roll the meat mix into meatballs and place them on oven tray, set aside. 4. Toss green beans in oil, salt and pepper and place them on another tray. 5. Bake both at 425°F for about 15-16 minutes 6.
