A customer called me to a severely crashed Audi TT, its front end crushed from a recent accident. The damage was extensive—beyond just cosmetic. The front frame was bent out of shape, the under tray was smashed, and critical components like the intercooler, radiator, AC condenser, and cooling fans were beyond salvage. It was clear this would be a major rebuild. I accept the challenge. I began by stripping the front of the car down to its bare chassis. The twisted front frame was carefully removed and replaced with a factory-spec unit. Once aligned, I fitted a new under tray, ensuring the base was solid and structurally sound. Next came the cooling system. A fresh intercooler and radiator went in, followed by a brand-new AC condenser. The cooling fans and shroud were installed last, neatly secured and tested for full functionality. Every connection, clip, and bracket was checked and double-checked. After bleeding the cooling system and recharging the air conditioning, I fired up the engine. Everything ran smoothly—no leaks, no warning lights, just a healthy purr from under the bonnet. When the customer returned to collect the TT, they were stunned.
