Some of our very sweetest memories from touring come from the VIP meet-and-greet events that we do before each show. Just the best hugs and chats from your little ones š„° We wanted to answer a few FAQs about the event here, as weāve found that venue communication varies and often gets lost in junk email folders. So here goes! Is VIP available in my city? Yes! We have VIP events for every city on our tour. The only shows we arenāt able to add VIP for are the addāl matinee showtimes. Most of our shows still have a few slots available, so check the ticket sites or call the venue if interested! When is the VIP event? 3pm! The meet-and-greet always happens 2 hours before our 5pm showtime. We recommend meeting at the venueās front entrance at about 2:45pm to get your spot in line. Can I add on VIP passes after Iāve already bought regular tickets? Yes! Some venues list the event as a separate pass that can be easily added later. If you donāt see that option, we recommend calling the venue directly and asking them to add VIP access to your tickets. Who needs a VIP add-on ticket? ALL attendees to the event will need their own VIP passes, including any accompanying adults. Thereās only 70 slots available in each city and weāve found that this is the only way to make sure we can spend enough time with each family before we have to prepare for the shows. If you only bought a pass for your child, donāt fret! You will be able to purchase addāl passes at the door. Also, any child that hasnāt reached their 1st birthday yet will be admitted for free.
