Hellohi Cosmo Freaks! 🌞 Today I present to you something completely different and less serious than usual, pure joy and fun video mix recorded live. I finally had the opportunity to spend a few last days on heavy learning new live video mixing software after many years of planning and daydreaming about it. I’ve been doing classic macro and microscope video recording and editing for a few years now, and I’ve been planning to expand my skills set to include the ability to glitch, effect and cut my shots in real time⚡️This video is the most spontaneous record that happened to me practically by accident last night while I was exploring the new software and controllers for it. I was amazed at what creative freedom a tool like Resolume gives you and how dynamically and artistically you can play with the footage you already know very well so I just hit the record button. All my shots that have been stashed away on archival hard drives for years will finally have the opportunity to get a new life, and I’m as excited as a child to show my creations in the form of Live/VJ performances once I feel confident in this new art form. My first performance with the Munich Philharmonic orchestra will happen in just 3 weeks in Munich! 🙌🏻🐸🙌🏻 PS • Normally I will be plugging in a live microscope instead of the webcam used in this video, but I didn’t have the right tools for that yet this time 😂 So a full spontaneous record is coming in along with the author that is me! I need to also mention that this track that plays in background is one of my fresh loop ideas I produced couple weeks ago.
