I had a few reservations about how playing the @emasculator_bdm set 17 nights in a row for the first time would affect my body and good lawd was I right. Six shows in I developed some sort of, I don’t know, pinched nerve/muscle spasm situation in my left arm that caused lefty to seize up during long sections of blast beats. This came after our first near 12 hour travel day + throw-and-go-show, so I was all the way in my head about it by the end of the night. I was able to kind of work it out in the coming days with stretching/hydration/supplements/the reassurance of my tour mates (tyasm for real) but man, the “I have 11 shows left wtf am I gonna do” melt down was real scary. So it’s lots of pad & brain work for the next couple weeks before we head out for @metaldefenders Move Your Fucking Brain & @obsceneextreme Fests.
