The suit is nothing special but I just wanted to make an oc 😋 Lil lore (this is an alternate universe): Him and Barry were childhood friends, the Starlabs partical accelerator exploded while they were in Highschool and a meta-human had killed one of their friends. They decided they wanted to delve deeper into the science behind meta-humans in college and landed an internship at Starlabs together! Wes got his powers during a thunderstorm (woah!) when lightning struck the remains of the partical accelerator and the excess energy inside of it had reformed his cells/genetics giving him super speed 😋 Barry himself doesn’t have super speed but he was there the night it happened. Using tech at Starlabs he was able to design a suit for Wes and he helps him fight crime from the sidelines 🙏 (Disclaimer I’m not an expert on ALL the lore behind the flash..
