Summertime was made for lobsters. š¦ š Weāre whipping up lobster pasta using Campbellās Condensed Tomato Soup for a perfect summer night meal. Ingredients: 8 oz. uncooked farfalle (bow tie) pasta 2 tbsp. butter 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp. dry sherry 8 oz. fully cooked Langostino Lobster tails, thawed & patted dry 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 can (10.75 ounces) CampbellāsĀ® Condensed Tomato Soup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Fresh chopped parsley (optional) Instructions: Step 1 Cook & drain the pasta according to the package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Step 2 While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a 12ā skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic & cook & stir for 2 min. Add the sherry & cook 1 minute. Stir in the lobster. Step 3 Stir in the heavy cream and the soup and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cooked pasta and cook 1-2 minutes until hot (add a bit of the reserved pasta water, if desired, to adjust the consistency). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
