Made this, should I paint it? I made this piece to be an embodiment of the confidence and radiance that some one exudes when they accept the beauty of their own natural self. The roses placed at the uterus and ovaries are to symbolize the beauty of womanhood. The lotus and peony in the armpits are to show peace with post hair, the tree bark on the leg and arms are for acceptance of stretch marks and blemishes. The asymmetrical vine which make up the woman’s bones are to display the imperfections and just how beautiful they are. This piece is to help bring light to the fact that there is nothing wrong with the natural occurenve of impurities to your body and that all people are beautiful so long as they accept it. When you ignore the things that do make you gorgeous, you amplify what dampens them.
