@Author Tina Lu 🌱 The bane of my existence: editing my book. I feel like more than writing my book, editing has been a mostly love but somewhat hate relationship. There’s something so daunting about editing that intimidates me from touching my book at all some days. Even though i wrote the story myself, knowing it grows closer to its end is a transition that is hard to graple knowing ive been working on this book for 10 years now. Every step i take closer to finishing it, is one step closer to people actually reading it. But on the love side, i find editing significantly easier than writing. Embelishing, rewriting scenes much better than they started flow a lot more naturally for me than starting with a blank canvas. And as terrified as i am to have this book in the hands of others, im truly so excited to get it out of my hands. To move on from this chapter (lol) of my life and onto the next.
