About I have struggled with Mental Mp3 Sound Effect
I have struggled with Mental Health issues like Depression, PTSD and Anxiety since a traumatic event in my life when I was 12! At 12 me and my family lost my oldest sibling, oldest brother Brad when he was 23! I am the baby of the family my other siblings were already moved out and had their own families, but we were always close! But that night July 5, 1993 forever changed my entire family's lives and at that time none of us could have predicted for the years to come! However I am 44 and have amazing kids and grandbabies and married for 17 yrs together 20 yrs and I am very blessed and I know that After Brad had passed out momma passed 10 years after him October 20, 2003 and man that did a whole other affect on all of us especially my dad, me and my siblings and our children! Close to ten years later on August 13, 2013 just 10 days after we lost my Uncle to that Vicious cancer we lost our father to the same cancer (my uncle was my mom's brother, but my dad's best friend and they both passed of pancreatic cancer) My Dad was diagnosed and passed I wanna say within 8 days of knowing! It had already spread! I HATE CANCER!!!! I hate doctors not catching things that should have been caught! I was 22 when my momma died and she was my best friend and I am 44 and I still need her and beg God to make all of the bad things just a nightmare! Anyways when my mental health gets really bad I like to talk to someone I know I can trust, watch a t.v show that's a fav! The best therapy has always been music of all kinds of music! I love to read and journal! Anytime I can mucus and the beach together and a good book is the best therapy ever for me!
