Our family made a giant Toothless dragon for a photo! 👀😅 #UniversalPicsPartner To celebrate the upcoming live-action #HowToTrainYourDragon movie, we decided to recreate the iconic scene where Hiccup and Toothless meet for the first time. We grabbed two giant sheets of foam, drew a big Toothless outline, cut him out, and painted him all black. Then we got to work on making his glowing green eye, which took some trial and error 😅. Next our daughter, Emma, got right into character, while Nick and I set up the moment on our own little road at home, using fog and lighting to bring this iconic moment to life. We are beyond excited for this movie! The animated version has been one of our family’s favorites since Emma was little, and we can’t wait to see it come to life on the big screen!
