Just kidding. The fall decor will be up a while & Jose hauls the Christmas boxes up before I do. But when I saw @LivinwithMB use this sound I had to do it because we DO start Christmas early around here. We are November-December 26 people around here & have been for years. It started during our infertility & miscarriage Journey. Halloween night was sad for us. It was a reminder of the joy we longed for to take our child trick or treating & even when we would have plans we still just longed for the day we would be able to experience parenthood during that fun night. So, every halloween Jose would look at me & ask if I wanted to put the tree up. The answer was always yes. The tree, the lights, all the symbols of the Christmas season that lay ahead full of hope & life kept us going & lifted our spirits. So we still do it today. Well, slower now because we are parents to a wonderful baby who gives us hope & joy daily, but we still start as soon as halloween comes around to hopefully share a bunch of Inspo here before you start decorating, share sources with you, & maybe [hopefully] share the hope & joy that we needed so badly during this time. Thanks for laughing with us & I hope no matter how you spend this week or when you decorate, you feel less alone in this world.
